GLITCH is a four piece All Original Alternative Hard Rock Band hailing out of the Southern Oregon Coast. The band was formed by several phone calls between Drummer Jeramie X, Bassist Casey Newman and Singer/Songwriter Clayton Wilson in December 2003. So we began to practice, we then randomly called producer Tony Esperance @ E.S.P. Studios, out of North Bend, Oregon. To put down our chosen 8 songs for the first CD in early 2004, We had a solid Rythm but no real leads so Tony Suggested his talented son Anthony Esperance to lay it down and he did a Great job. He was our undeniable wake up call to get a lead guitarist. Two Crows Thomas was only the second person to tryout and without a doubt was the missing piece of the puzzle. GLITCH uses melodic hooks and a hint of metal to give them a unique but mainstream sound. GLITCH Has A Brand New CD called "II" Due to the fact it holds 5 songs off the First self titled CD, and 8 songs from the long awaited Unreleased Second Studio recordings like Prisoner,Later,Blame,Out of My Bed,Anti-Hero Anthem and more! It contains High Definition Artwork created callaboratively amongst the band. There is currently a search for two types of bands for record label consideration.
*** Note: PLEASE IDENTIFY IF YOU ARE IN GROUP 1 OR 2 IN THE SUBJECT LINE OF YOUR RESPONSE. Emails are being reviewed by different representatives.
1. A Pop/Rock/Commercial band with female lead. Band must consist of 2 guitars (Prefer both guitar players to be of lead caliber. However, one lead and one rhythm is acceptable), keyboard/piano, bass, and drums. Lead vocal, followed by backing vocals, in that order, is a plus as it relates to other members of the group. Average age of the band cannot exceed 28 years of age.
* Group must have an outstanding lead vocalist. ** Musicianship throughout the entire band must be very strong. *** Group cannot currently be under any contract of any type that is related to the music industry.
2. A Modern Rock band with male lead. Must be a complete band but there are no prerequisites as it relates to the make up of the band. Average age of the band cannot exceed 23 years of age.
* Group must have an outstanding lead vocalist. ** Musicianship throughout the entire band must be very strong. *** Group cannot currently be under any contract of any type that is related to the music industry.
