Every year we award 10-20 grants of up to $10,000 to filmmakers from Africa, Asia, Latin America and the Middle East through our Granting Program. Films are selected based on their artistic excellence, accomplished storytelling, and cultural perspective on daily life around the world. Previous grantees have gone on to major success, with films winning awards at acclaimed international film festivals such as Cannes, Rotterdam, and Toronto.
