Hi! Thanks for checking out my page. A little about my musical activities:
I've been playing for 30 years now; first folk, then bluegrass, rock, and now jazz and funk (for the past 18 years or so). The group which occupies most of my time is organissimo - please check out our various websites and CDs.
I'm also teaching a lot these days, both privately and for the jazz program at Michigan State University, and excellent program which I'm happy to be a part of.
One note about the composition "Dark Prism"; the recording on my page is actually unfinished, as there is a long open section after the guitar solo which is intended for another soloist. I play all the guitars, and my good friend Matthew Guggemos played drums. It was co-written with Glenn Brown, owner of Glenn Brown Productions, the great studio in East Lansing where we do much of our recording.
Thanks for the add, I love your music btw!
If you get a chance, please take a listen to our first New Age release "Instrumental Piano Music" by Solo Piano Relaxing Music. We'd love to know what you think of it!
Regards
LR

* Each new jazz "friend" is important to us. So, we appreciate your add very much.
If you are selling your music online you know that the competition is deadly. You must use every bit of advertising you can afford, and you must advertise to the right people. This might help you do that ....
We have a "sister site" with over 250 jazz playlists on it. Each day hundreds of jazz fans come to this site to listen to music. These people are music buyers and we can direct them to your main web page, your MySpace page, your CD Baby page or anywhere else you want them.
If you are interested we can set you up within 48 hrs.

Yep the McLaughlin dvd is cool. The tabla player I was telling you about uses that form of counting all the time. Very cool. Much easier way to do things. Glad to hear the cd is doing well, looking forward to hearing it!
Hey Joe- haven't heard from you in a while. Looks like everything is going well. When you get tired of playing your guitar you can give that one to me. All mine are in the shop this week! I've been hanging out with some good musicians lately. One of them has been in India for the last 5 years studying tabla. Pretty interesting stuff. Take care bro-hope to see ya soon!
Thanks for the reminder! Unfortunately, I won't be able to attend next week as I will be camping on the shores of Lake Michigan. But, I plan to catch you at the Jazz Fest in a few weeks!
