RECENT EVENTS: WSOP 2007
This has been an incredible year with my 2 WPT final tables & WSOP gold bracelet. The WSOP event that I won was event #6, Limit Holdem, which is typically not one of my stronger games. I played aggressively and built up a sizeable chip stack heading into the final table.
As the rest of the table "jockeyed" for position and fought for a better payout, I stayed on course and raised every opportunity. This left me heads up with a large chip lead and eventually had all of my opponents chips in with an A-4 high while I had an open ended straight draw J-8. With the flop that included a 9 & 10, I hit the straight on the turn and the bracelet was mine.
My aggression also seemed to work early in the Main Event of the WSOP, which left me in 12th chip position after Day 1. This style of play however, led to my eventual exit on Day 2. Overall, it was a successful and profitable 2007 WSOP.

Just so you don't think i've disappeared...I'm getting a tooth pulled tomorrow cause it's killing me. =( Don't worry...it's not a front one. Ha! Sales would go way down then, right? LOL!
How are the kiddy books coming along? You know what crossed my mind out of the blue today?? I was thinking, "how weird that a gambler is going to teach our kids about how to use their money".... =D
