Gnomes With Combs... WTF? How did we come up with that name? Or better yet Why? From the beginning...
We wanted to be specifically metalcore and we noticed that all the metal bands had names such as Black Death, Blood Red Girl, Fetus Rape, etc... Well we wanted a name where people were like WTF!?! There's As Blood Runs Black, Death do us part, and... Gnomes With Combs? Lets check that band out and we were thinking that they'll either hate us more or like us better. So we chose that name.
We have random song names for the unique reason as well. Somebody might add our song to their profile and someone sees it and be like wtf?...and hopefully they'd wanna check us out as well.
Our songs do and will incorporate a lot of genres. We went from punk stage in junior high, screamo in early highschool, deathcore junior year, and pop/electronica late senior year. You will find that our songs will have a little from each of these genres.
At the moment we want to be two guys making music but who knows what the future holds. In the end, we're two guys who aren't good at what they do, but love doing it ^.^
