HOT OFF THE PRESS, IT'S THE LONG AWAITED NEW RELEASE FROM GO APE RECORDS: LOS WAKAMONOS 4 FANCY ELEKI HITS. THIS TREBBLE, FUZZ AND REVERB SATURATED 7" EP WILL MAKE YOR SPEAKERS SQUEAL LIKE A PIG. IT'S ABSOLUTELY PRIMITIVE!
Los Wakamonos "4 Fancy Eleki Hits" is the newest release from Brooklyn's favorite DIY label, Go Ape Records. Los Wakamonos (translated - The Young Men) is a demented "eleki" duo hailing from Okayama, Japan. Making their vinyl debut, the emperors of neo-eleki's damaged garage & surf instrumentals will make your speakers beg for more. I don't know if they surf on Monster Island, but if they do, I'd bet dollars to donuts Los Wakamonos is blasting out of every transistor radio along that beach. If you like treble squelching, fuzzed-out, reverb drenched guitar coupled with primitive, bombastic drums, check out the strummin’ mental two-headed Beast from the East, Los Wakamonos. This is a very ltd edition 4 song EP mastered by the garage master himself, Tim Warren of Crypt Records. It is a fuzz & reverb saturated head-first foray into the frothy depths of the primitive. Los Wakamonos are truly the emperors of neo-eleki. A must for vinyl nuts of the demented kind.
There is a limited number of our premier release, The Hecklers "My Head" EP, left. Give yourself a courtesy flush. Get rid of all that shit you call rock-n-roll and pick up this killer by Brooklyn's favorite primates.

Ever wondered what to do in the event of a nuclear threat?
A while ago I found stuff that inspired me to make this film:
Living Under the Shadow of the Nuclear Umbrella
Both artistic (ensure you get the background music!) and educational, it primarily comprises official British government civil defence advice.
Though source materials are quite aged, much remains relevant today.
