Frankie U. Kennedy - Bass, Synths, and some guitar work...
Charlie Redd - Talking, beats, Key'd instruments, Samples and Programing, some guitars, and some Singing...
Ms. Duckie Valentine - Singing, guitars, and some talking
Influences
manic-depression, addiction, suicidal thoughts on an everyday basis, good sex, halloween, sobriety, violence, drunk sex, zombie movies, hallucinegens, fear of commitment, cartoons, books on serial killers, fear of dying alone, angry cell phone messages, and bad spelling... also we're all scorpios...
Sounds Like
un-safe sex. it may not be good for you, but it feels sooooo right.
a failed experiment in reviving (pre-hair-metal) glam music about 4 (or so) years ago left a huge stain on the carpet of a cheap motel in a small town somewhere between washington DC and the mississippi river.
the stain feasted upon bits of cocaine and pain pills in the carpet, and it grew.
that stain became people, or at least it appeared to be people. two people, one Charlie Redd, one Franklin Kenedy.
these two dirt-ball-people hybrids stole some random instruments, and they started a band.
They made some music, the lord said it was good and it was so.
but...
they were missing something. perhaps a bandmember?
her name's Duckie Valentine, a drifter, known to swing a broken beer bottle with deadly accuracy.
we're glad to have her around, and the new stuff is gonna kick everyone's ass.
meanwhile, enjoy the Decomp EP. got some great guest spots from the kids at exohskeleton and slumberheads.
love you crazy kids

To People reading this comment. Decomposition is really good. No nonsense. Its good. You should get a copy of it. If you are a fan of music and not just some scene riding imbecile. Have a nice day. Keep making music Press.
i'm tired as hell, ugh. the man IS getting me down, in a very disappointingly unsexual fashion. i'll call sunday at the latest, promise. keep yrself together in the meantime & let me know what's what...
since you were talking about how mexicans were displacing blacks in terms of minority status i was wondering if 1)mexicans will begin expressing their angst at inequality through migrant rap (the brown equivilant of gansta rap) and if 2)in said form of self-expression they would frequently refer to one another as "spick," just as black rappers employ "nigga."
your ep is awesome. and by "ep," i mean the songs that i was on. and by "songs that i was on," i mean the specific parts of the songs where i am voc'lizin.
we've decided tara's voice gets sexier on repeated listenings. mmm.
anyway, when will the press release their first porno? think maybe there'll be more industry interest now that you've dropped the "BOY ON BOY ON BOY ACTION!!" approach?
i think brennan and i should have matching pimp n' ho costumes... or perhaps i'll be the normal gas station owner, and he'll be the gimp that i keep in the basement.
damn... that poster is way cooler than the flier i threw together.
it's really cool. anyways, i was going to say, i've been listening to the Decomposition EP for a total of about 5 hours since last night (approximately). and i think your cds just get better and better... etc.
I think it's time you guys stop with all the immature topics and finally get to what the real issues are. Where are the raps about religion, drugs, and killing people? I think you my do well to dive into such topics.
just noticed the new song & it's darling. i remember this one, though it was (of course) completely different back then. raise the vox on this shit! you always bury yr own.
p.s. are there drugs to make people patient / ocd enough for producing? cuz uh, fuck the others, get us a taste of that...
