OUR MISSION STATEMENT:
Goddesses Unleashed are committed to bringing the joy of North African and Middle Eastern Dance to the Greater Los Angeles Urban area, West Coast, and the World by using the beauty of dance and its related arts to build self-esteem in every woman.
Leading by example through our sisterhood, we share the richness of our various styles by educating and reacquainting our cultural families with the beauty inherent in all of us in a supportive environment that cherishes every woman from ages 2 to 102 and her body: embracing her size, shape, ability and spirit.

We are a group of professional Belly Dancers who have joined forces to bring our art form to the greater Los Angeles area and to the world!! We are comprised of many, many talents and businesses.
Jessica and Ravenmoon: Founders of Nubian Divas and Luscious Buttz Clothing line.
The Nubian Divas started hosting showcases in 2004 at the 1216 Lounge at 1216 North La Brea, formerly Ike and Tina Turner’s Studio, and the Red Room on Vine Street in Hollywood. The Nubian Divas are the Pacesetters for the Urban areas.
Parveneh: Parveneh has an MBA and is the producer and host of Hafla World Dance, a local cable production that introduces a variety of performers in ethnic dance and music from around the world with clips listed on her channel, www.youtube.com/parveneh. She is also the owner of Belly Dancers’ Swap Meet, bringing you beautiful handcrafted silk veils, clothing, ethnic jewelry, and items from various travels around the world.
