ah cazzo dimenticavo...fatti questa recensione in Spagnolo :P di Stoner Rock Spain!!!
Grabado y mezclado entre Agosto y Septiembre del 2007, nos llega "Mandria", cd con 4 temas de duraciones varias, oscilando entre 3 y 10 minutos...Hablamos de una banda Italiana llamada Pater Nembrot.
Tienen un rollo muy psicodelico y muy ameno, con esas guitarras y bajos jugando continuamente entre ellos, una bateria que encaja a la perfección en este estilo, y una voz nos recuerda y nos traslada a una decada atrás, en plena era grunge, donde lineas de voz muy melodicas, y gritos realmente frenéticos, iban siempre cogidos de la mano...A medida que nos adentramos en el cd, nos vienen a la cabeza muchas y diversas influencias o afinidades, como por ejemplo Jefferson airplane, Jimi Hendrix o Zappa, por nombrar algunos clássicos, asi como una etapa mas moderna con pinceladas de Atomic Bitchwax, Qotsa o Yawning man, y tambien sale a la luz ese toque ya mencionado de los 90, Nirvana etc...y claro, ya os podeis imaginar el coctel que sale con todo esto, A mi personalmente me a parecido un disco muy versátil y de fácil escucha, pero probablemente donde he visto más claras las pretensiones de esta banda, y el camino elegido, seria en el tema 3, que le da nombre al disco, "Mandria", un tema de 10 minutos, intenso y psicodelico, un track que pese a su duración no nos cansa en ningun momento, y que además nos muestra todo el extenso bagage de esta banda Italiana.
Filippo, Giulio y Giacomo, hacen de esta banda, un powertrio, muy bien compenetrado, y con influencias que harán las delicias de sus oyentes.
Si terrà a Fondi, il 2 e il 3 agosto, la prima edizione del Capannone On The Road, un festival itinerante che si ripromette di portare buona musica, arte, intrattenimento e gustosa cucina nelle piazze della provincia.
2 agosto – ska night
Il ritmo saltellante dello ska con i Ventreska e gli Easy Skankers. Ad aprire la serata i ragazzi della cooperativa Emmaus. Dalle ore 19:00, stand gastronomici, area bar ed esposizioni.
3 agosto – rockabilly night
Il trascinante rockabilly dei Bone Machine e dei Turbolenti. Ad aprire la serata il surf degli Ava Kant. Dalle ore 19:00, stand gastronomici, area bar ed esposizioni. E a fine serata l’estrazione dei vincitori della lotteria de “Il Capannone”.
