London based Godsized are four like minded musicians with one main ambition in mind – putting everything they have into creating heavy, groove based hard rock with powerful, dynamic live shows.
The band got serious in 2007 and gigged relentlessly. In 2008 they recruited Effon on drums, and in doing so boosted their collective sense of purpose and direction. They headed into the studio in August with producer Mark Mynett to record self-released, 5 track EP “Brothers in Arms”, which was subsequently mastered in Los Angeles, USA by Brian Gardner (Lamb of God - Sacrament, Alter Bridge - Blackbird).
With live shows that get tighter and more powerful each time and an awesome EP to their name Godsized are set to turn some heads and step up in 2009.
"Godsized are Croydon's answer to Black Label Society with great guitars and rhythms - 9/10 live review." Natasha Scharf - Metal Hammer

“Godsized’s melodic metal thumps you over the head with one fist, before wrapping it’s arm around you and consoling you with the other.” Roomthirteen.com
Cheers for the add Neil! Now the page is up and running, more will be done to it as it goes along so if there's anything you want to see or add to the page, let me know!
We're doing ok cheers. Started rehearsing new material last week so we're pretty excited about that, can't wait to record the 2nd album (no idea when that'll be!). Quiet on the gigging front until we get the set list overhauled, then we'll be heading out all over the place again. More hard work required!
Hey dude sorry for the delay. Yeah things are good, just trying get a set sorted with karmalener as I only joined them recently. I was debating on coming down to your show tomorrow but we're playing in Watford. Oh well, we'll have some beers on the 24th.
