Four years ago, GODZ OF ROCK formed to play heavy rocking tunes in a high energy power trio format in local bars in SF and surrounding environs. Members of the band, all of whom had years of experience playing here and in other regions, were drawn together from local original and tribute acts and have over the past three years (including a brief hiatus during which Mark became a dad) played tight high quality hard rock covers in small to medium-sized venues. We and our friends/fans have had a great time, and we look forward to continuing to play gigs in SF and beyond...
You guys rocked the Block last weekend. Great cover tunes done right! Thanks for playing my favorite Rush tune "Working Man",but "Heartbreaker" from Pat Benatar was my favorite,& The Trooper by Maiden of course.
