About me: Kevin O. Miller (aka K.O. started playing saxophone at the age of 16 while attending Anacostia Senior High School in S.E. Washington, DC. The first band that I performed with was JO Enterprise Band (JOEB) in 1976. After JOEB I went to perform with a group out of Seat Pleasant Maryland, the Black Love Band in 1976. The other groups that I performed with included the Chance Band out of S.E. Washington, DC from 1977-1978. While performing with the Chance Band, Redds of Redds and the Boy's needed a horn section, and asked our horn section to play with him. After leaving Redds and the Boy's in 1980, I went to perform with the Petworth Band in Northwest. I left the Petworth Band in 1985 to perform with Experience Unlimited (EU) from 1985-1986. After leaving EU I went on to perform with Hot Cold Sweat which was short lived. I went on to play with Maryland's own Ayre Ryde Band. After a nice long break I continued my passion for music by performing with the Backyard Band from 2002-2005. I am presently performing with Ras Lidj and Deep Band and loving it!

This is a show in 08 at the ZanzaBar with my current group Ras-Lidj (the DEEP)band..With a new sound called Regggo. You see Regggo is a mixture of G0 GO music mixed with Reggae music...And right now, we the only ones experimenting with that. YOU NEED TO COME TO A SHOW FOR THE EXPERIENCE.
