For well over 14 years, our Kung Fu Club has been practicing, for the most part outdoors and all year round in the east end of Toronto. As the official branch of the Tai Mantis Association in Toronto and a member of the Hong Kong Shandong Mantis Boxing Association, we, In March 2005 opened our doors, the Golden Harmony Healing and Martial Arts Centre, in the heart of downtown Toronto, just a couple blocks north of Yonge & Bloor (check goldenharmonykungfu.com for address & map). We specialize in Northern Shaolin Kung Fu, Tai Chi Praying Mantis Fist, Chin-Na, Traditional 7-Star Praying Mantis Weaponry, Iron Palm and Chi Gong. Our Tai Chi Instructor teaches, with complete combat applications, Yang Style Tai Chi, Hsing-I, Baqua, and also a complete system of Pilipino Escrima aka Kali.
