Once upon a time there was a band called Goldilocks. This hot New York new group performs the best of rock, pop and R&B, Motown, & Dance music with high-energy female and male vocals. Highlights covered include: Green Day, Blondie, U2, Carrie Underwood, Journey, Blink 182, Rihanna, Bon Jovi, Alanis Morissette, Prince, Madonna, Joan Jett, The Beatles, Maroon 5, Aerosmith and much, much more.

GOLDILOCKS stars:

........Leslie:Vocals........ Leslie Moore (Lead Vocals): Leslie moved to Manhattan from Beachwood, Ohio at age 17 to study voice and musical theater at NYU. She has also performs with the Joe Kane Big Band, the Sol Yaged Jazz Quartet, and numerous area groups. She brings the energy and showmanship from her years on the stage, starring in rock musicals such as “Hair,” “Footloose” and “Grease.” She has studied voice with Don Lawrence, Katie Agresta and Juliana Janes-Yaffé. When not bringing SexyBack, Leslie has a busy career in commercial real estate, as well as an incurable Dachshund fetish. .....Greg:Guitar/Vocals..... Greg Polanish (Lead Vocals-Guitar): A high school math teacher by day, Greg is a rock star by night. He has been seen playing with area cover bands such as UNDERCOVER in all of Long Island’s major venues. In his spare time, Greg can be found riding his motorcycle or dirt bike, or playing and watching sports. Young Greg also has an odd affinity for ranch dressing on his French fries. .....Mike:Drums/Vocals..... Mike Kohn (Drums-Background Vocals): Mike performed his first gig at age 13 with jazz pianist Marty Napoleon of the Louis Armstrong band, and hasn’t stopped since. He has played with countless cover bands, including MOJO, DOUBLE DARE, BEAUTY AND THE BEAST, and STEEL HORSE. As composer and producer Mike led his own original band, SWEET SPOT, receiving radio airplay and rave reviews throughout NY and Massachusetts. He can also be seen with the popular reggae band HI TIDE, and the SOL YAGED JAZZ QUARTET. By day he is the editor-publisher-owner of a Queens community newspaper, and his writing has appeared in national music magazines such as Modern Drummer and Electronic Musician. ......Dan:Bass/Vocals...... Dan Grennes (Lead Vocals-Bass): A graduate of Berklee College of Music, Dan has been a session player in the New York City area after a brief stint in Nashville. He has played on movie soundtracks, commercials, Broadway, toured internationally, and was awarded an American Music Award after performing on the show. He also fronts his own original rock foursome, Uncle Pumpkin. Some of the artists/bands Dan has played with are: Moby, Vanessa Carlton, John Scofield, The Bomb Squad, Joni Mitchell, Dave Chappelle, Jim Breuer, Mario Cantone.

And they all made beautiful music together, packing clubs and bars with satisfied customers—rocking out happily ever after.
