Goldust was founded by three partners, Michael Harwood, Nick Keynes and Jon O'Mahony, whose shared passion for making music has enabled them to work with some of the top artists, bands and writers in the music industry. They have worked with artists as diverse as Bryan Adams, Natasha Bedingfield, Kylie Minogue, Lucie Silvas, Gareth Gates, Liberty X and Run DMC.
In addition, Goldust are fast establishing themselves as one of the top film and TV music writing/production teams in the UK, with an impressive list of successes including soundtracks on movies such as 'Bobby' (featuring an all star cast), 'Modigliani' (Andy Garcia), animated box office hit 'The Magic Roundabout' and the forthcoming Michelle Pfeiffer movie 'I Could Never Be Your Woman'. Their most recent work has been on the Hollywood movie 'Awake' starring Jessica Alba and Hayden Christensen.
Other recent TV and multimedia work includes Ch4's 'Master and Slave', Discovery's 'Chop Shop', E4's 'School Of Performing Arts', Sky Sports' 'Rally Fever' as well as various high profile advertising campaigns. Goldust have also provided the music for several big selling computer games, including EA Sports' 'Fifa Street 2' and 'Arena Football'.
The team's two labels, Goldust Records and Goldust Music Publishing, both feature an impressive roster of new talent, including Honey Ryder who are a female fronted rock/mainstream band (Dido with b*****ks kind of thing). Their debut single Numb recently hit the UK Top 40, entering at an impressive 32. New single Fly Away is out soon followed by the album Rising Up. We are also putting the finishing touches to an album by piano playing songstress Marli Buck (Norah Jones meets Tori Amos meets Natalie Imbruglia).
