Influences
Despite having some interst in rock music, bands like Alice In Charins, Guns N Roses and Iron Maiden, I grew up on a diet of acid house, rave and drum n bass. Drawing heavilly on Slipmatt, DJ Hype and DJ Sy, listening to and loving the likes of $ Hero, Q Project and varios other influences from '88 - '92. I then moved on to influences like Leftfield, Inner City, Ben Watt and house producers such as Todd Terry and Marshall Jefferson. I moved on to listen to more commercial stuff, chart trance and commercial house. Despite all this and the many years past I still find myself influenced and captivated by the music which I still love.

Golgotha Outlaws is the evolution of Utopian Future, a band that I started a uni with a couple of housemates. Since leaving uni we went our own ways and it's pretty much just me now. I write co-op with a few people here and there, mostly Fore Hoof (Fore) and I tend to focus more on DJ ing and producing now rather than performing.
I'd love to get together and add some more influences to the band but as much as anything it's finding the time to acutally make it happen.
In terms of completed material there's two coplete albums ready to be unleashed on the world. There's 'A Utopian Future?' completed under the name of Utopian Future and there's also 'Above The Law' as Golgotha Outlaws. There's plenty of material on the way but it's really finding the time to complete production on the album and then get it all uploaded.

That's so funny about the bike. I have to say that I'm very pleased with her, even though she has broken down on me every time I've taken her out so far (dodgy battery) but won't take long to sort. Serviced her yesterday, she definitely needed it. Took her to Poole Quay last Tuesday to show her off. Only problem is that I've spent all my money for this month and I've just been made redundant so it looks like it'll beans for a while.
Any news bout your interview? God I'm pissed off that Mike's gone. He was one of two reasons why I left you know where because I know he hated me being on Talent Academy and was trying to do everything he possibly could to get me off it. The other reason I left was a certain sexist bastard that I had to put up with...
Anyways, we must meet up sometime and I can show you how lovely, err scruffy, the bike really is.
