They combine live playing with Interfacing with technologyto create real time compositions, using live feeds from each instrument.
The musicians in GOL also reflect the mutli-cultural landscape of Scotland as each musician is from a mixed culture (Czech/Slovak, Iranian/UK, Arab/Scottish, French/Amercian )
Their EP “ Roots” will be released in July 2009.
Recent gigs include Bush Hall London (broadcast to 1.5 million viewers on BBC TV's KOOK new music program), Filmhouse Edinburgh, Roxy Art House, Knockengorroch Festival and The Kelburn Garden Party.
They are currently working a new commission about Iran, combining Film and Music for the MELA festival in august.
