My name is Adam and I am sometimes doing thebrotheregg which is totally outpop. I guess Class M Planets is sort of a twisted sibling of thebrotheregg (ha!) as thebrotheregg was meant to be everything all at once and perpetually over time, and by that I mean stylistically. If you don't set out to have your band sound like any particular thing, then it can wind up sounding like anything! As a result of this thinking, I have never felt the urge to disband thebrotheregg in favor of creating a new group with a new vision. The vision is always the same: Reach outward. Class M Planets is a more stripped down, more baroque version of thebrotheregg with a greater emphasis on hearing the words of the songs and with general subtlety of acoustic music and casio keyboards in general. Be sure and check the funny pages to see if Class M Planets is performing at an event near you. Sometimes solo acoustic, sometimes guitar duo, and now with cello. Keep an eye on this space for ever-changing details.
Current Line-up:
Adam Goldman: Guitars and voice
Jairus Dathan Smith: Guitars, casio, voice
Sam Ross: cello, casio.
