Born Marvin Henderson and, shortly after, named Marvelous Henderson in Jackson Memorial Hospital, GoMaRvelous was quickly noted to be an extraordinary child. Labeled by friends, “Jack of All Trades”, GoMaRvelous was gratified and praised for his exceptional athletic ability, impressive academics, addictive musical talents, and charismatic wit. “Marv” grew up in and about the streets of Miami-Dade County, in multiple neighborhoods. It wasn’t hard to recollect the very impressionable Miami native because of his distinct and uncontrollable ability to speak extremely fast. Unique is what most tend to say. GoMaRvelous was in the marching band and played football for about 6 years until he finally had to choose to focus on one passion... and he did… football. Although Marv chose football, life had a way of helping Marv's destiny find him. While in college, Marv played football and created music just as hobby… that was until his musical talents demanded to be priority number 1 by way of a “fun night in the studio” in his dorm room. The well-planned strategy had paid off. It changed his life and made music his number 1 priority. The creation of a controversial rap song was at the hands of the witty GoMaRvelous that day. Shortly after a wave of fame, Marv pressed his weird imagination for the ability to create, applied his charming, charismatic wit for the notion of lyrics and applied his memorizing musical skills using the piano, trumpet and drums to become the musical extraordinaire that the world of music will soon become to know.
