It was like I knew him and he was so familar. When he agreed to take a pic w me, I latched on and leaned in and grabbed his hand as if he were my boyf, and was lovingly holding his hand. My stupid camera flashed a couple times, and made him think that it was done, so as I held on tight, and the person behind the cam took the pic again, and he came out with this funny sorta "I'm tired" look on his face in the pic. I still cherish the moment though. <3
And I always loved when Ben talks at the concerts cuz he always has funny comments, and of course Joels infamous spitting.
But I member this once part in particular, of the Life and Death tour, when they were singing "Mountain"...when Joel goes into the lyrics, "So here we are;Let me lift you up and show you this world over me" and I dunno, he did like this thing, where he opened up his arms wide, and it gave me goose bumps. I picture it everytime I hear the song. =) Favorite GC Songs: Let me list them ALL...

I saw a "break out artist" thing on mtv...and knew I liked them right away. I ended up buying their cd right before they made it big and came out with the "Lifesyles" song. Next thing I knew, they were everywhere.

When they won the Viewer's Choice Award at the VMAs in 2003 and thanked the fans, I almost cried. I was so happy for them, and the fact that they added the fans into their speech was the best. I was proud of them for coming so far and the fact that we helped them win that award made it that much more meaningful. 2. Also, meeting them. They were such sweethearts, nicer than I ever could have hoped for. Poor Joel was sick that night but he was still kind to us and made it a point to chat with us about not getting any sleep because he was sick lol. 3. One time in providence, Joel came down onto the floor and as he was walking back I snapped a pic of him looking right at my camera. That was so funny. 4. The night I met them, Benj threw a pick to me at the end of the show. It hit me in the cheek, probably because I was too into watching them play, and someone else snagged it. I don't think there's a limit on the songs we can upload on the music page we made. But I know on the playlist on the GCA page we can only have 10. Which sucks! You can make another playlist and put as many songs as you want, but they don't show up on the page unless you use the "profile playlist" and that one only lets you hold 10 :[

haha yea!! so funny meg, I swear we think too much alike..cuz I was actually gonna tell you to go w the theme of the latest cd...but then I thought, well whatever she comes up with it will be good enough and great anyway! I like it! Your so talented w ur lil ideas...u should be doing these for a living ya kno?! Thanks..we could have that till we decide to change it to the next cd theme. Did you kno its gonna be called Cartelogy(i think thats how you spell it) meaning heart shit..lmao emo much? lol yeah i noticed the same about your pic. i think its a twin thing haha.... and yes they are way too nice but its better than being mean lol. i was talking to one of the ppl who works at finishline and he told me they had Master P last year and he was mean to fans. he didnt even had conversations with them he just signed autographs and took no pics with ppl. That not way to treat your fans! thank god benji and joel are not like that!

yes! I was sooo there, and that was actually the first time I met them :) man, my heart soo melted that day :) haha...read your email for my lil secret ;) haha....but wow, you are so crazy for staying the night out there like that!! haha...that's awesome though! i was just trying to buy the braclets off of people haha :) but ya..for sure! i would love to meet up...the next time I will actually be down there will hopefully be for the jimmy kimmel show again..but to see Fall out boy :) I dont even remember what the date is, but I think it's like the first monday in November...but ya...we'll definatley have to meet up :) what's the next show you are going to? oh ya..I was really sad to hear that they closed it :(

oh are you talking about the meet and greet at tower records in Hollywood that one time, where they did the acoustic thing for the chronicals CD?? omg..that was soo much fun, until I found out that we couldn't even get in unless you were one of the first 500 people to buy the CD from there that morning or something? ya..but then the guys were nice enough to meet everyone instead?? that was too crazy! we actually left after they did their little concert thingy, and I told my friends that we would go back because I was soo determined to meet them that day..so when we got back that's when i found out that they were letting everyone in, but we were too late..wow..i about threw a fit! so they let us in :) it was so awesome! except I had to pee really bad, so I RAN across the street...and let's not forget, this is SUNSET! ya..didn't even care if i got hit by a car cause I was soo freakin' excited haha...so that was sooo cool :) that was the first time I met them as well :) So I thought you lived in LA...where exactly do you live at? OMG that is sooo cool that you and Meg have never actually met before! I have a friend like that too, she lives in Michigan...and we've been talking for like 6 years or so...wayyyy before myspace ya know? I can't wait to meet her either...she thinks of me as like an older sis..it's just soooo cool, and we've always kept in touch either online, or through the mail w/letters or even on the phone sometimes..it's really cool...and we started talking too because of GC :) haha. k..nough about me haha...hope you had a great weekend!
I did see your pics from the Kimmel show.that was so lame though that they say that we can't bring cameras and then they take your phone away!! some people, like you, get lucky though...for a while, until they take it away :( it's all good though... hey..are you going to the DMCA sale today? I want to go, but I am actually going to Bakersfield this afternoon, and plus, I doubt I would go anyway, because I bet it's going to be sooo freakin' crazy there, and that place is soooo tiny! i think my bedroom is bigger!! haha
so I wanted to say that it's all good if you don't keep people entertained..I mean, I think you are doing a great job, but I must say that it's just REALLY nice of you guys to be doing this because it's something that you love and are passionate about, so it's good for you, for GC, and for GC fans. So I went to the Filmore show as well..wow..Joel got there in 4 hours from Glendale?? dang! i thought I was fast, I live on the central coast and got there in 3 hours!
I never got to see the show on Jimmy Kimmel..did you watch it? how did it come out?
I was totally bummed that I felt like crap in San Fran...but they did a great job, and I loved that Joel was so talkative haha..he's too cute.
