EP 'CLOSE' AVAILABLE ONLINE through I-TUNES and now Big Oz Music (www.bigozmusic.com.au)
Based in Melbourne, Goodnight Thomas have spent most of 2007 and 2008 playing venues and festivals Melbourne and Victoria, sharing the stage with great acts such as Tim Rogers, Cecil Corbel (France), Mike Compton (USA) and Tim McMillan. Since it’s release in 2006, the debut release for Nick, ‘Close’, has received great support from community radio stations and paved the way for other collaborations such as 2 film clips with Melbourne film maker Rohan Spong and penning the unofficial theme song to the Asia Pacific OUT Games in 2008 (with Zoe Meagher).
With vocals that have been compared to the likes of Donovan, Thom Yorke and Art Garfunkle, Nick is slowly carving a place for himself in the local scene. More recordings, a tour of the USA and another 2 film clips are planned for 2008, so for now, it seems the pace established in recent months is set to continue……

HI thnx for the friendship and it’s nice to know you! Think it’s nice to be connected with musicians all over the world. In music we are all alike and speak the same language!!! I think you have very nice music, I enjoyed listening to it…… really sounds GREAT ….love it !! Greets from D E E Z E L (Belgium) and lots of luck in every thing you do!! If you can find the time check out my music too (thnx)
It's great to hear that you enjoyed it- and just as great you had a good performance on the weekend. Pity about the drive though :( lol.
As for not being at the performance, I'm sad that I couldn't be there. Though all I'll say is this- I have a habit of appearing anywhere and everywhere. So keep your eyes open- the Robbie is out there somewhere!
I wish we had a private jet like John Travolta. I would love to shoot your next video clip in Joshua Tree National Park (this kooky desert, which looks spectacular at sunrise / sunset). Take care, play well, and kick some festival ass! Rohan X
Just letting y'all know the gig at the Queen Vic was brilliant- you got a few people stopping to listen and the fact you sold some CDs, makes it even better.
It was well worth spending the two hours there listening- despite now suffering from sun burnt arms!
You guys have all these cool gigs coming up.... and I'm out of town. Not fair! You have to line up some LA gigs. Wish I could be there for it all :) Rohan x
Just had a listen to Rose Dust and I must say- simply fantastic! I enjoyed your other songs, but this song is such a fantastic song! Keep up the good work.
