Good Reason is a band hailing from Bratislava, the capital of Slovak Republic. Started in april 2002 as a NOFX cover band, but slowly writing their own stuff. After many demo recordings, one EP, a split CD with a Hong Kong hardcore band KING LY CHEE which has been released in Europe, USA and Asia and nearly 100 times on stage in different european countries (including Slovakia, Austria, Czech rep., Germany, Slovenia, Croatia, Poland....) Good Reason managed to create their own sound and feeling of punk and hardcore music, influented by bands like NOFX, Ignite, Good Riddance, Belvedere or even Comeback Kid, Casey Jones etc... Fast rhytm, melodic and sophisticated riffs, clean strong and melodic vocals - that's the way Good Reason always wanted to sound like. Dedicated to their self-created style "college hardcore", Good Reason's always trying to make the people think of music, lyrics, life and their message as inspired by quote of Francis Bacon: KNOWLEDGE IS POWER.
