If Artist infringes upon the Producer’s rights as owner of the work his right can also be revoked at the discretion of Producer.Prior to receiving the non-exclusive rights to the work, Artist will pay Producer.If copyright is held by Producer, it WILL NOT transfer to Artist. Producer retains all original rights of the instrumental.
