It's quite astonishing how successfully addictive the S/T disc is. Excellent work, comrades.

Ten Songs Podcast #11-  This is the final part of a trilogy of shows focusing on punk and hardcore in my home town of Southampton. I’ve saved some gems until last so I hope you dig it – this time there’s tracks from Gordon Gano’s Army, Business of Death, 7 Arrows Through Your Bastard Heart, Through These Eyes and Minute Manifesto. There’s also a bunch of other cool pop punk and garage tracks from the Tramrons, the Marked Men, New Bomb Turks, Bangers and Nobunny.

If you've never checked out the show before, Ten Songs is a monthly DIY home-made "radio show" that you can listen to as an MP3. I play a mix of punk, hardcore, garage and folk. You can stream, download or subscribe to the show using itunes or other podcast catchers from http://tensongspodcast.blogspot.com

Russ-

Have you got any copys of the James Black split left?

Can you do me a copy of the CD-r you did when you got back together again? I've got the tracks from the S/T CD on my PC (with Badada, Walking in Flowers, ON FRIDAY! etc...), but I actually gave my copy of that CD to Jason Webley when he stayed at my parents house after that show, are there any more?

I'll message you my address. Did you delete your own MySpace and your Facebook? You're such a goddamn hippy.

Lovely to see you the other day, dude. Come to Brighton before you go. You can come have tea at our place and meet our cat.

Ten Songs Podcast #3 is up on my blog. Ten Songs is like a home made punk/hardcore radio show that I make once a month. You can listen to it online or download it as a mp3. This time out, I'm playing Off With Their Heads, Fucked Up, Uniform Choice, School Jerks, Parade Of Enemies and the Trazmitors. I've got a guest podcaster to help out too. xHannahx (South Coast Vegan Cooking Zine/Zine For The ladies) is playing PJ & Gabby, Kelly Kemp, El Morgan and Sam Russo. Let me know what you think! Bye.

***So. Myspace have this useful anti-spam filter now which kills the url whenever I post the link. Instead, it flashes up a really nasty error message saying that I'm trying to spam/steal your password/give you a virus. Helpful. If you want to listen to the cast, you can find the address in the status section of my profile. Cut and paste it ino a new browser window, and hopefully it should work out fine. Thanks for that, myspace.

I bet you one £5 I can drink more beer than you. Either that or I'll buy a record off you or something.

I'm excited about the show. If you don't play 50 hours, I swear to god I will fuck you up.

Hot dizzle my bizzle. Or something. They don't do tea at the Hob, maybe if you bring a Thermos you and Lizi can share it though, she'll totally appresh it. Soy milk though. I'll be on the beer. Loads of it. Awesome. Here's the spam:

..
This One's For The Crew presents...

Dave House - The acoustic punk rock, pop rock hero of The Steal fame returns to the seaside with his nostalgic and hook-laden songs. Releases on Banquet records.

Gordon Gano’s Army - Gone are the makeshift drumkits and the acoustic, stringless guitars. The dodgy harmonies are still there, the pop anthems are still there, and Russ still sounds like a Cockney Reject.
New LP on Art of the Underground!
Calvinball - Sheffield's answer to Latterman make first Brighton appearance
Marshall Teller - Members of Kids Return playing 90's punk like Broccoli or Jawbreaker.
Releases on sncl/Rok Lok
