RightOnRed is equal parts genious...and insanity. We're stuck on the middle line. We can't take sides, so we play to both curbs. Our songwriting process is more harmonic convergence than frantic pen-to-paper excercise. Our music is more devine intervention than self-proclaimed talent. Our genre? OUR GENRE? Do you like to eat the same thing for lunch every day? We don't either. That's why the genre answer will have to be provided by you.
Our influences? OUR INFLUENCES? How about the gleam in a child's eye...or the sound of the wind...or pain of heartbreak...or the feeling of wonder that overcomes you when you see a beautiful sunset...or the sadness you fee when you witness injustice? These are our influences.
We endeavor to create moving, beautiful, passionate music for you. We hope our music helps you over the speedbumps of this road called "life". We hope you find comfort in our melodies...or rage, whichever suits you! We hope you find our lyrics downright prophetic...though we cannot take credit for them entirely. *See OUR INFLUENCES above.
We are here to move the world musically. We're a bit more "mature" than most new bands. But we've been up to other stuff...careers, kids, families...you know, the important shit. We're doing the rock star thing in reverse. But we're still young enough to take a stage and leave you breathless. The cool thing is, our equipment doesn't suck...and we can afford really good beer for rehearsals.
