REVIEW, from LABuzzBlog:
Gorilla Moonshine Is Brewing It Up Good
So we’ve got a soft spot for Gorilla Moonshine! First of all, it’s these guys (see above), playing the funkiest SoCal beats since Sublime thought it would be a good idea to start a band. Gorilla Moonshine’s got heart, and you can hear it right through their recordings. Live, they’re a whole ‘nother funktastic animal, getting the crowd dancing like nobody’s business. They play punk venues, like the Anarchy Library, and if you’ve never seen gutter punks dance, here’s your chance!
The soul in this band makes you think you’re listening to a band that may have influenced The Guess Who, or Wild Cherry. But no - they’re a bunch of super-nice chill guys from Long Beach who know how to let loose, play their funky music, and get the house rocking. They say they’s poor, so all they got is the myspace, but I’m sure you can listen to that all day long.

What's up fellas & lady! Thanks for having us play with ya' all on Satuday. We had a great time. You guys sounded great! Sorry I couldn't stay longer but our singer had to work in the morning. I just wanted to stop by to show some love, & to tell everyone out there to get Funk-drunk off Gorilla Moonshine. It's good stuff.
