Date Of Birth: 18th of March, 1989; Kola Peninsula, Murmansk, Russia.
Andrew Gorn became involved into the electronic music in 2000, when he heard for the first time radioshow «Midnight Breeze» on Murmansk regional radiostation 104.5fm – «Power FM». There were presenting all styles of electronic music, from ambient and chillout to progressive house and trance. Tracks and mixes of such electronic scene stars as John Digweed, Nick Warren, Brian Ino, Terry Lee Brown Junior, «Enigma», «Global Communication», «The Orb» and «The Future Sound of London» formed Gorn’s taste and further predilections. Little by little he began to collect his own collection of ambient and chillout.
In autumn 2005 Andrew Gorn tried to record several ambient compilations and his official DJ debut was on the 16th of December, 2006, on Murmansk radiostation «Power Hit Radio», in radioshow «Midnight Breeze», where he presented his ambient mix «Nights».
In spring 2007 Andrew Gorn ran his own radioshow «Elixir» about the music of “another dancefloor”: chillout, lounge, ambient, down-tempo and deep house, on Internet-radio «StarNet FM», which belongs to the biggest Russian DJ portal «D-J.ru». His radioshow got many good responses and support from such world-known and respected DJs, producers and musicians, as Fous De La Mer, Flao Maspoli, Phil Mison, Roland Voss aka Lemongrass, Solar Moon, Chris Zippel, Zoltan aka From P60, Gelka, Carbon Based Lifeforms and Christopher Goze.
Since the 2nd of september 2007 Andrew Gorn became also a resident DJ in a new chillout radioshow «Sunset Cocktail» on «Power Hit Radio» and began to work as a dj-booking agent.
