I like all sorts of music. The older I get the more I like jazz and the less I like country music.
Some of my favorites---
Classic Rock: Beatles (especially John Lennon), Elvis Presley, Bob Dylan, Eric Clapton, the Doors, Blue Oyster Cult, Kansas, Skynyrd...
Jazz/Easy Listening: Dean Martin, Frank Sinatra, John Coltrane, Miles Davis, Louis Armstrong, Herbie Hancock, Duke Ellington, Ella Fritzgerald, Nina Simone.
Country: George Strait, classic country stuff- Hank Williams Sr., Waylon Jennings and Willie Nelson, Kenny Chesney, Merle Haggard, Johnny Paycheck...
Rock: U2, Sting (Police), Wolfmother, AFI, 30 Seconds to Mars, Green Day, Lifehouse, Good Charlotte, Coldplay, Carbon Leaf, Metallica, Dave Matthews, Howie Day, Modest Mouse, Maroon 5, Death Cab for Cutie, Goo Goo Dolls, the Fray, My Chemical Romance, Smashing Pumpkins...
Rap: I like that Mims song, "This is why I'm hot, I'm hot because I'm fly, you ain't cause you're not." song, 50 cent, Diddy. I don't listen to a lot of rap, but sometimes it's cool to put some in and just go with it. Oh classic, Mamma said knock you out. That's one of the coolest songs ever.
Others: Ani DiFranco, Sarah McLachlan (my favorite), Norah Jones, Katie Melua, Jewel, K.T. Tunsell, John Legend, Bob Marley, Rich Mullins, Cher, Great Big Sea, Michael Buble...

Do not go gentle into that good night
by Dylan Thomas
Do not go gentle into that good night,
Old age should burn and rave at close of day;
Rage, rage against the dying of the light.
Though wise men at their end know dark is right,
Because their words had forked no lightning they
Do not go gentle into that good night.
Good men, the last wave by, crying how bright
Their frail deeds might have danced in a green bay,
Rage, rage against the dying of the light.
Wild men who caught and sang the sun in flight,
And learn, too late, they grieved it on its way,
Do not go gentle into that good night.
Grave men, near death, who see with blinding sight
Blind eyes could blaze like meteors and be gay,
Rage, rage against the dying of the light.
And you, my father, there on the sad height,
Curse, bless me now with your fierce tears, I pray.
Do not go gentle into that good night.
Rage, rage against the dying of the light.
You scored as Existentialism. Your life is guided by the concept of Existentialism: You choose the meaning and purpose of your life.
“Man is condemned to be free; because once thrown into the world, he is responsible for everything he does.”
“It is up to you to give [life] a meaning.”
--Jean-Paul Sartre
“It is man's natural sickness to believe that he possesses the Truth.”
--Blaise Pascal
You strive to maintain harmony in relationships, and usually succeed.
Articulate and enthusiastic, you are good at making personal connections.
Sometimes you idealize relationships too much - and end up being let down.
You find the most energy and comfort in social situations ... where you shine.
In love, you are very protective and supporting.
However, you do need to "feel special" - and it's quite easy for you to get jealous.
At work, you are a natural leader. You can help people discover their greatest potential.
You would make a good writer, human resources director, or psychologist.
How you see yourself: Trusting, idealistic, and expressive
When other people don't get you, they see you as: Bossy, inappropriate, and loud
Hi there! We were thinking about you this evening... we are putting up Christmas decorations and came across your wedding present to us! It's so beautiful! :o)
Zac's wondering how your ministry stuff is going...

Hey Adam, working on the formal this year, I don't know who to talk with about Throup. I am trying the Baptist church, because I go there, but they might not allow a party, so I need backup. I hope you are still well, and I look forward to hearing from you.
