gOtam Sen fredonne un folk doux et énigmatique. Son ambiance folk à deux voix pourrait rappeler une certaine époque ou un certain "simon" se promenait avec un certain "garfunkel". Sur une base simple: un accordéon, une guitare; il déploie un chant harmonieux et enivrant. Depuis mai 2009, gOtam Sen travaille sur l’enregistrement de son premier album qui devrait sortir cet automne.
Gotam is essentially an enigmatic singer/songwriter. Melancholy, poignant, and self-obsessed, Gotam's tracks output offered a peepshow view into an insular world of alienation and inner turmoil, his painfully intimate songs ping-ponging wildly through a scrapbook of childhood recollections, failed relationships and dashed hopes.

Ce marcheur/auto-stoppeur infatigable (il fait toutes ses tournées en auto-stop) propose une performance à la voix et au souffle, brute, poétique, voguant entre silence, frottements, beatbox et masse sonore intense, laissant une part de choix à l'improvisation.
pour le concert ça ne va pas être possible mais j'aime beaucoup beaucoup ce que je viens d'entendre - je retournerais avec plaisir sur ton profil !! sterenn
