Black& White horror& suspense movies are what I was raised on- my favorite being "The Uninvited". More recently, hmm . . . four words- Johnny Depp in eyeliner. (And yeah, eyeliner is one word ^_^)
Television
Forensics shows (both non-fiction& crime drama), detective shows, Archeology specials and just about anything that isn't a 'reality' show. Documentaries on theories of human evolution. House, Ghost Hunters& Dog the Bounty Hunter get special mention ^_^. Oh, and anime, of course.
Books
Manga (current favorites are "Vampire Knight", "Inuyasha" and "Naruto"), paranormal romance, horror, mystery.
Heroes
Not sure I have one. Although, Angelina Jolie rocks- gorgeous, humanitarian, good mom. People need to stop giving her such a hard time about her past, since I don't think she'd change it even if she could. The wise know that it's our past- triumphs and mistakes equally- that make us who we are now, shapes the person we're meant to become.
I'm an artist& a naturally curious individual, in love with manga, anime& the Japanese culture in general. I am a generous soul- not that I have much, but if I have it to give, it's yours. I'm a proud mother of 3 boys who, when left to her own devices, has a very well practiced blatant disregard for acting her own age. I am the friend that shows up on your doorstep at 3 am because you needed a shoulder to cry on. I am that wierdo down the block who's a self-proclaimed pagan, but still celebrates x-mas because it means something to her family& has on odd hang-up with angels. I don't know what kind of person all this makes me, do you?

Interesting, non-judgemental folk- anyone capable of holding a good conversation. Old friends that I've lost touch with over the years.
