About me: Thank you for taking the time to get to know your photographer. To start out with, I think that you can tell everything and nothing about a person by their "about me", it's filled with random and unwanted information that seems to define us as individuals. I am a person with many layers that come to light depending upon inclination and situation. I am at ease knowing that there is nothing that can truly shock me, so I have fun and try to smile as much as possible. I have traveled all over the world and it has helped to mold me into the person I am. I can fly on the Concord at 1200 miles an hour or ride a third class train in India and see the merit in either experience; I am still the same person, each journey just represents different aspects of my personality. This is why I truly love photography as both a way of life and profession; it so perfectly conveys not only the beauty but the grit that mortars us all to this world. Sunrises and sunsets have left me gasping for air in wonder and slaughterhouses and slums have made me turn away in disgust, but there is an intrinsic value to both that I seek to depict through my photography. I would classify myself as a Traveler, Searcher, Seeker striving for Shibumi (The Japanese idea of perfection). Over the years and miles traveled I have ventured to extend my creative ideals to all realms of visual possibility. Within this context I endeavour to disprove previously held assumptions of what can and cannot be done in art.
