Gowk

Bio:

Gowk started somewhere one year ago as an initiativ of Belgian drummer, Teun Verbruggen (known from his work with Othin Spake, Flat Earth Society, Jef Neve, ... all members are very active in the belgian and international jazzscene. For their individual bio's you can visit their personal myspace sites. The mix of this personnel results in a very fresh- accoustik improvisation band, experimenting with a lot of styles. Gowk is mostly playing songs of its members and free improv and recorded their first demo a few months ago. Currently they are planning touring. A cd recording will be for 2008. unfortunately the cd recording will be postponed for a little while because Christian, the piano player, had a little accident and broke his right hand.
