I like theatre, movies, drawing, comics, sci-fi, politics, video games, current events, intellectual discussions, silly pointless discussions.
Music
Depending on my mood: They Might Be Giants, Barenaked Ladies, Tally Hall, Tool, Stone Temple Pilots, Tom Waits, Ok Go, Fallout Boy, The Hush Sound and of course Roger Clyne & The Peacemakers. I've recently been excited by People In Planes.
Movies
My All Time Favorites (in no particular order): The Big Lebowski, Snatch, Oceans 11, Clue, Moulin Rouge, Chris Nolan's Batman movies, Spider-Man 2, Star Trek (the old school movies are the best), Pirates of the Caribbean (the first one), Lord of the Rings, The Matrix & Star Wars movies (for the concepts if not always the executions...), and almost anything made by Pixar.
Television
Lost, Battlestar Galactica, Terminator: The Sarah Conner Chronicles, Boston Legal, and my newest favorite: 30 Rock. I'm also like to catch The Big Bang Theory and It's Always Sunny In Philedelphia when I can. I am also eagerly awaiting the release of more Futurama movies. I recently stopped watching 24 cuz it lost all it's originality, but I'm gonna give 24: Exile a chance next month.
Books
Don't get much time to read anymore unless its Newsweek or The Onion on my commute. I do read online comics, stuff like xkcd, The Western Nostril, Jonny Crossbones, Non Sequiter, and even Foxtrot still.
Heroes
Anyone who balances a full life with making a living in the entertainment industry AND not being an asshole. Jack Lemmon, for instance.

About me:
I'm an actor and a cartoonist. I'm originally from Michigan, spent about 7 years in Savannah, Georgia, and now I'm in blustery Chicago making a go at being an actor. You can check out my comics, including my expansive journal comics Dumbstruck, at my comics website GrabBagComics.com. I also have an acting website. I was the Marketing Director for the now defunct Keyhole Theatre Company and am an Artistic Associate with Hubris Productions.
well, since your profile says you'll be turning 16, you should go get your license and drive all of your friends around in the new car your parents will buy you! right? no, but really, i hope you find something awesome to do (like go see my show at the spot) and have a wonderful birthday tomorrow!
oh you, you're lucky i'm married. the show is going really well. thank you for all of your advice. I pretty much improv the whole thing and vivian has become charming and manic and dangerous and awesome. so thank you for your intelligence and for "getting" me. you'd be proud. love you.
got your notes. Thank you so much for your criticism and ideas. I know exactly what you mean. I'm working on some revisions now, and maybe you can see what you think after some of those ideas are put into place.
hello friend. long time no see. i sure do miss you. but sometimes i check in on your grab bag stuff. just to get a feel for what you and the chicago crew are up to. i might have something for you to read here pretty soon. i'd love to get your input on something i've been working on ... love to you.
