| General | We are interested in: high quality coffee, rich northern Italian style espresso, unique teas, traditional gelato, fusion paninis, local grown produce, daily baked goods, Local Farmers Market, Fair Trade, offering Cape's finest cup, raising awareness of coffee's origins, markets, and especially helping you find the different variations and combinations of flavors that each cup offers (this is known as "cupping"), environmentally friendly products, organic foods.
Yep, we're "Coffee Geeks!" | | Music | We host many local and national muscians who bring a wide array of musical styles and cultural expressions. Check us out on Friday and Saturday nights... you just might find more than the best cup in town! | | Books | Espresso Coffee: Professional Techniques, | | Heroes | At Grace Café, we place a high value on all of the links in the coffee and tea production process. From honoring those who harvest the raw products by only purchasing fair trade beans and teas, to selecting the finest roasters and tea providers in the market, we strive to link the best providers together to bring you the best possible goodies. Harvesting fine quality doesn't stop at our providers, though. We believe that's where it really just begins... our team of baristas and bakers constantly strive to hand deliver consistent excellence in each of our drinks and food items. We use the highest quality products and equipment to bring you the finest taste and experience.
We use a three grouphead "La Marzocco" espresso machine, as well as La Marzocco grinder, and "Torani" syrups to build facinatingly fine drinks.
Lastly, we would like to thank you, our customer, for always wanting the best and finding a touch of grace in Grace Café. |
