The Sound started off as an idea in early 2002. Actually I never knew there was a such thing like a gospel DJ or sound system. With no experience whatsoever I did a 30 minute mix on cassette/tape. That same week I sent it out to my friends and it starting circulating. Later during that month I was offered a CD. One of my friends told me that "This is similar to what you did". When I listened to it realised that what I thought didn't exist actually existed. It was the TM Crew Sound System from the island of Trinidad & Tobago. As the years passed by I learned of more gospel sound systems around the world. Some of them - Evangelist Int'l Sound System (Canada), His Majesty's Sound System (UK), Regis Sound System (Barbados) and so on. Knowing of the existance of these sounds made me more confident with myself and in my ministry. Lately God has been giving me alot of exposure and opening doors for me. Over the past year I've been playing at different church events and concerts. Still on yahoo tho; but not as often as before. are you excited for addy to move?i wasnt for keifer but i guess yesterday he went to go visit and refused to back to the 2s and stayed with sharen the hole day! i think addy will do fine because she is very sassy so the bigger kids wont pick on her:)she moves monday? you gonna be able to help her out? did you ever start on them online survey things i told you about? i hope you did, i just another check, this was for $237 from 2 weeks ago. if you didn't yet, pshhh, get on it; i guess you'll have to type the link into internet explorer or whatever, but here it is again:
