About me:

Yes, that's right, Capital Jiu-Jitsu Team is now on myspace. Haters take heed!

Located in Alexandria, Virginia, Capital Jiu-Jitsu Team teaches Gracie Jiu-Jitsu and Muay Thai to residents of northern Virginia, southern Maryland and Washington DC area.

Made famous by Royce Gracie, Brazilian/Gracie Jiu-Jitsu enables a smaller person to effectively defeat much larger, stronger opponents. Royce Gracie became famous in the first Ultimate Fighting Championships (UFC), consistently beating opponents who outweighed him by 50 pounds or more. Whether you're interested in learning to defend yourself, having some fun, getting in shape or just meeting some cool people, Capital is the place for you.

Classes are offered days and evenings Monday - Thursdays and Saturday mornings for Adults. Kid's classes meet Monday and Wednesday evenings and Saturday mornings. All classes are taught by Will or Jeremy.

CJJ is a member of the Royce Gracie Jiu-Jitsu Network and is frequently visited by Royce, Rodrigo Gracie and others. Visit GracieVA.com for more information.

Mason Neely	Nov 8 2006 7:03 PM Look. I don't want this to get out of hand or anything, but I've been doing a little self-defense training myself. Ever heard of a little black art called Aikido? Thought so. It's when you use your opponent's movement to straight up neutralize them. I'm studying under one Steven Seagal, a well known Aikido master and overall man of the world. He's a genius. He comes to my local Aikido dojo every other month to hand out belts and handle other sundry administrative duties, but that usually ends up being a chance to take him to the nearest Chinese buffet, which is, as you could imagine, a delight. Anyway, he's given me insight into the art of the kill and I will use it on you and, hell, the entire nation of Brazil. Brace yourself, you douchecock.
