Anyways, I hope you are well, you seem pretty busy these days... been following ya on twitter :-) It is a good look for you tho, you gotts your fingers in lots of hot-pies at the min so you bound to be getting some phat payback right? Finally saw Slumdog, several months after the hype... it reminds me of City of God (i'm sure you've seen it, if not you'd like it I think).
Are your flats in Sheffs the nice shiny red buildings you can see from parkhill then? I no longer live in parkhill as you might probs know, moved to Heeley cuz they were meanta be doing the place up. Still looks the same to me though? hmm was in Sheffs the past week, but you were in Venice? otherwise wud have given you a shut for sure! You are right though it's been a longg time since our 14/15/16 days lol...im 24 now and still none the wiser:P
Tell you what though, I am really impressed you throwing a poetry nite on tho, thats really dope! I'm out the habit but getting back into it, I feel I have strong emotions to put on paper, however incoherent they sometimes are it seems to be the only time I write lol. How about you, are you still writing?
Did you end up going to NYC then? Won't be long till you got a nice lil' pad there. I think for me I shall be settling in Preston for a lil' while longer etc, it cheap and the roads are simple to drive on :P Maybe move to Manchester later on...
As for music, thats a chapter in it's own rights, I have diversified my tastes... I think my mind has become more sporadic and fleeting witht he years. Really like drum and bass, it's the freshness and the freeness of the music I think I like the most. Ofcourse I still love love love Funk, Neo-Soul, Hip hop aswell but I stop at no limits for my inspiration. I don't think I could listen to the same music all the time, could you? What sorta stuff are you feeling
