"Momentum!" - That's the word commonly used when people begin talking about Graham Brown. Gaining new fans, or as he prefers, friends - with each performance, each new release clearly defines the maturation of an up and coming singer/songwriter.

At 21, Philadelphia native Graham Brown has three releases to his credit. With bold, honest, intimate and sometimes politically motivated lyrics, Graham has a diversity of styles and an ability to translate life experiences into songs that resonate, crossing the boundaries of genre and age.
Brown's current release "Fire!" exhibits the maturation of a young artist who authentically expresses life experiences through his songs. Since emerging simultaneously onto both the Philadelphia and Phoenix original music scenes, Graham Brown has been performing at premier venues in both regions. Venues of note include: The Tin Angel, Steel City Coffee House and Doylestown's Puck. Arizona venues have included: Alice Copper's "Cooperstown", The Loft, and Club Mardi Gras - and many more.
Graham has been featured on 3TV's Good Morning Arizona, received regular play on WXPN's Philly Local program, and has also been selected by Helen Leicht, mid-day host as Philly Local Pick Of The Day repeatedly.
"Fire!" is Graham's third release, following a self-titled debut (2002) and "Let It Be Alright" a DIY full length (2005). Graham began receiving radio play when his song "Blind" was submitted to Philadelphia’s 6ABC's and XPN's 885 Most Memorable Musical Moments countdown in 2007. The EP was released for digital download on Tuesday May 27th, 2008. The six-song EP includes tracks ranging from the Philly sound of "Run For Your Life" to the alt acoustic, Nashville inspired "Hold Me Down". The "Fire!" EP clearly defines Brown's reach.
Produced by Jay Davidson, multi platinum, Grammy Award winner Phil Nicolo and Dennis Brown, some of Philadelphia's finest came together in Nicolo's Studio 4 Recording to lend their talents to "Fire!” a true community based release.
"Working with this group of friends and peers has been an amazing experience and I feel honored to have had the opportunity to assemble such a fantastic group for this recording", Graham says. "Up to this point, with the exception of my Tin Angel date last month, I've played every show solo - in this world of 'DIY' records, having the opportunity to work with such an accomplished group of players and production staff really allowed me to develop these songs in a way I had previously only heard in my head", Brown continued.
