Graham Clews is a 30 year old English singer-songwriter and a 'virtuoso guitarist', also playing bass, keyboards, steel guitar & percussion on his recordings. Graham is based in the Midlands, UK where he performs regularly as an acoustic artist, and with his band who recently played a well received live set for BBC Radio. Graham has a wealth of experience playing live on both sides of the Atlantic; he has performed at famous venues such as The Dublin Castle in London, UK and at the legendary CBGBs Club in New York City.
Graham’s guitar playing is influenced by classic rock, such as Led Zeppelin and Thin Lizzy. Following a live performance in London, Graham was invited by Jason Bonham to complete his first demo recordings at his studio. Graham has also guested live on stage with original Thin Lizzy guitarist Eric Bell. Graham’s songwriting & vocal harmonies have a strong 60’s/70’s Californian influence from bands such as Crosby, Stills Nash and Young and The Beach Boys. Graham is constantly writing new material, and is currently working on a batch of songs for his new CD ‘Songs With Legs’. One song from the CD has been debuted (with a rave review) on Hawaiian radio station KKCR by Michele Rundgren (Former singer with the Tubes & wife of Todd Rundgren).
Thanks for reading, here are some reviews of Graham's music:
