InfluencesDuke Ellington for teaching that it's the individual who matters, and Miles Davis for showing how important space is.
Sounds LikeGraham Collier - but others have named Ellington, Mingus and Gil Evans which is good enough for me.

Hi Graham,
Looking forward to being able to work with you on another concert series, and recording, in the not too distant future - let's make this happen! It's always a pleasure to work with you, and an inspirational experience performing your music.
All the best,

Thanks for the add Graham - listening to your stuff in the 70s was one of the things which helped me realise what music could do!

Thanks for the add Graham.
Now that I've asked, and discovering something of your input in jazz I'm starting to feel all humble (or humile, as Mark Phillips once called it). As I'm sure you won't be impressed by that I'll just say "great music" and great website at continuum.

Cheers, Jeff

Hi Graham, great to hear from you!

Yes, things seem to be good for most of us from the Academy, I'm certainly loving this life! Clark did want to see my piece of paper before letting me in the band (I wish that were true!) Hope you're well and still loving Spain!
Simon.
