hej! i got the e-mail you sent. my god! that's just freaking me out.. lack of freedom of speech, yes I would say! I can't believe these things happen in america were everything is supposed to be modern, democratic and open-minded. well, I guess we all have learnt that that's just not true. anyhow, I hope you're doing well. I would really like to come and visit some time soon. Feels so strange that it's been 4 years since I was in Virginia... time flies. so, what's going on in your life? do you and your brother live together now? I will send you a proper e-mail soon, but now it's too late and I have to get some sleep.. take care, L /Karin

The Shins, man. The show was impressive and yet uncomfortable. It shouldn't have surprised me that a Shins concert would attract thousands of akward track-jacket-wearing individuals who couldn't decide whether to dance, stand still, or just sway from time to time. Good though, many jokes about how hot the Daughters of the American Revolution are. Also, do you know of/like Viva Voce? Backwards-esque White Stripes situation with female-guitar-goddess tendencies. Until later.
