Grandtheft aka GT is a DJ/Producer based out of Montreal, Canada and is one half of the Team Canada DJs duo. Known well for their live party-rocking and their acclaimed remix cd series "Classic Material", GT and Team Canada DJs have rocked bunch of the best clubs worldwide. In Montreal, Team Canada DJs opened their own small dance club on St. Laurent called Blue Dog. TC are signed to DJ AM/Steve Aoki's elite Deckstar roster in LA and also manage their own crew in Canada - The Eh! Team DJ's - which includes DJ Pump (Calgary), Hedspin (Vancouver) Jr. Flo (Toronto) and Illo (Ottawa).
In partnership with Last Gang Records (Metric, Death From Above, MSTRKRFT, Chromeo, Tiga), GT has started a record label called Tremendous. He's also produced for/remixed a whole bunch of artists that you love. Check Hype Machine for a up-to-date summary of some his recent releases out there.
