TEAM CANADA BIO:
Originally a battle DJ, D.R.one linked with producer DJ Grandtheft in Montreal with creative party-rocking DJing in common. The duo began throwing fun parties all over the east coast, incorporating turntablism, live blends, and superfast mixing. Eventually they formed the Team Canada DJ Crew in late 2004 and released their groundbreaking bootleg debut "Classic Material Volume 1". Team Canada have quickly established themselves as Canada's most popular club remixers and recieve top billing as party DJs. Blazing some of the hottest venues worldwide with a unique mix of music, Team Canada DJs are accredited by many to have been the first Canadian DJs to take these musical chances in mainstream club nights. People who have ever been to a Team Canada party, know that you leave having partied hard, cheered hard, and danced to music you never imagined mixed together in the same night.
Team Canada has recently signed with Goliath Artists/Deckstar - DJ AM's management in LA. They join a strong team of AM, A-Trak, Steve Aoki, Stretch Armstrong, DJ Spider, DJ Eli, DJ Fashen, Kevin Scott and DJ Scene
TC has just signed 4 top DJs in Canada including Jr. Flo (Toronto) Illo (Ottawa) Pump (Calgary) and Hedspin (Vancouver), forming their own crew/management agency: The Eh! Team (www.ehteamdjs.com)
Their 2006 touring saw them do over 200 club gigs and live performances in Canada, the US and Asia
Team Canada holds down a Saturday night mixshow @ 9pm on FLOW 93.5 FM (www.flow935.com) called "The Truth", featuring nonstop remix action on Canada's top urban station
