About me: My name is Grant and I only have a myspace to keep in touch with people and to follow and support bands yup that is about it on that subject. I live in Philly now making video games for a living.
Yeah, I was in like the third row or something. The front was pretty crowded after the panel was over and I figured you probably wouldn't remember me anyway. XD
I just got a new roommate out of the blue around a week or two ago, who had an interesting time getting a room (his original room was "closed for cleaning" and he was supposedly not "in the books" so he got sent to my room since my assigned roommate was a no-show). I had the worst week ever last week: I had to pull off over 30 hours straight without any sleep at one point, was very sleep-deprived throughout the week...way too much homework.
My roommate and I seem to get along alright...this summer semester is becoming quite interesting. But part of me can't wait for it to be over...oh well. That's pretty much what's going on for me.
Mmm! GDC! I wanted to go this year but right now I'm crunching :( Some very lucky, not as busy people went though. Evan and the rest are back now telling us how awesome it was! Well, I'll say the same thing I do every year, "There's always next year!".
Crunch time sucks, but it's only for a little while. I'm still having fun :)
Here is the error message: This application has failed to start because XINPUT1_3.dll was not found. Re-installing the application may fix this problem.
I am wondering if it isn't working because I have Vista. Hmmm....
Nah, I didn't find any way of watching it :( I got the result soon after though. It was disappointing that they made it all that far only to come in runners up, but it could have been a lot worse. They didn't start out too well, and to have made it as far as they did after such a poor start was good. There's always four years time :)
Nooooooooo! I counted on watching the game, which starts in a little over an hour and I am just now realizing it's on one of those cable channels that NOBODY subscribes to. If this were England I'd just go down the pub and there it'd be, but it looks like I'm not watching :(
