    My little girl is a member of another karate school, I have seen your students at a few tournaments and wouldn't mind  having her, at least, see another style of karate. I am impressed at your work !

    Haha I know I wrote love and not live, yeah wow!  So do you have any takers for me?!  I do miss your class, I may have to take it again.. I felt like I was in great shape, now I feel like crap.  Haven't been working out like I used to.  Not 160 either smarty pants!!!!  Sheesh!!!  Ohh and I hope your cleaning is 45 instead of a half hour! :)

    OK, so it's spelled Hegins..!!!  Lets get that right off the bat... Secondly, yeah people have teeth, meany!  Thirdly, if I would have known everyone gets an A in your class, I wouldn't have busted my ass on those horrible painful excercises where you make us put our leg out and do a bazillion circles front and back!!!!!  Haha!  I do miss your class though, I still have my pink boxing gloves!  Thanks for helping me out! :)
