About me:
I'm launching a series of four wine education classes -- not your traditional, pretentious, laborious classes, but four interesting and fun, 90-minute sessions. It's called Grape U.(Check out my blog for more details)
The first one is Wine 101, an introduction.
Then there's Nature's Miracle, which is about viticulture (the science of growing grapes) and wine making.
The third class is Your Nose Knows, about using all your senses to appreciate wines.
And the final one is Paired for Life, about matching food and wine.
