i can understand not likeing burn outs they can get bad and are a drain on us. im all wit u on those guys they'er bad for our world the same way drunks and crack heads are bad for us. but thats not most smokers most smokers are like most drinkers they do there thing have a good time then wake up the next day and go to work most of us dont move on to hard drugs.
whys weed the gate way drug i smoked cigs and drank before i was 21 pop e and tried vicodine before i ever puffed. maybe beer and cigs are the real gate way drug.
and the gate way drug thing is propaganda theres no fact what so ever to it. u link something up wit other similar bad things that are happing at the same time and now the thing u dont like is bad to.
where are all the weed dui now? i mean there are a couple hundread thousand people in ca with medical cannabis cards why all of a sudden if weed is legal the dui count is gonna triple not double but triple. im not sayin it wont go up some. but dui are not coming form pothead there comin from drunks.
did u know medical shops are already in the process of taxing it. not the not the weed tax thats in the process now of 50 or 90 bucks an oz. they will a normal sales tax on it
why should it be legal
crime and people being put away for yrs for not really doing anything should be enough of a reason to make it legal.
whos against bringing crime down. people being shot at and killed this is what we want to keep happing and yes lets keep filling up jails and ruinin peoples lives. cause this person had more then a oz on him.
lets keep contracts up for the building of runnig of new jails. and yes we know how great jail is. it makes people smarter and stronger crimainals. even if u were a good person going in, good chance that wont be the case when u get out in five to ten yrs everyperson ive know that did a stint in jail says it changes u and not for the good.
there comes a point where we gotta rrealize fighting isnt gonna get the job done and u gotta work with and around what u were fightin against.
loss of motovaiton. stop, thats a cop out if ur lazy its cause ur lazy. the unmotovatied burnouts probaly were lazy to start. but i have talked to people that do get couch locked. u know what they did they, cut back on how much they smoked or when they smoked so they can still live there lifes. hard concept i know cut back

why not illealize everything that might set people off redbulls liquor all the over the counter pills and syrups that send peoples heads into far places or that just go numb.

just saying, if you were to round up all the children of drug users in the world, half of them would be on drugs, a 4th in therapy and a 4th alcoholics. and a small percent who got lucky and have their life together. You cant agree with me if you dont see it this way. Drugs ruin our society mentally, emotionally, and physically. Just because u like to do it doesnt make it right that we all have to suffer.
Steve mcnairs girlfriend who shot him, was on weed. The woman who drove on the wrong side of the freeway and killed herself and her kids...on weed. I thought weed calmed you down? Crime will go down? No, it will get worse. Thats the only thing i'll like about the legalization, is to prove to everyone crime wont go down. Just because you or your friends havent been harmed, doesnt mean people arent getting harmed. Bottom line is that this just seems like cuz you like to do it, you are making justifications. "The war on drugs"..all those millions of dollars america spends, will continue even if pot was legal. So rule that out.
If u dont wanna go to jail or u think its unfair u go to jail for weed, then dont do it. What u lose motivation on is your life in general, your responsibilities, the drug will be more important. Weed is extremly hard to stop, once u are addicted u need NA and treatment. U cant just stop on ur own. Just think.. if ciggarrettes were illegal, i really doubt we'd know that much people who are addicted to ciggs. I really doubt we'd see it everywhere. It wouldof helped our society AS A SOCIETY. now we have all this cancer, 2nd hand smoke crap, people dying. we are going to be saying the SAME THING 100 years from now if pot is passed. bottom line is what kind of society are we to want to legalized another harmful thing? just to make money for our economy? theres no other way? really?
