but then about 7:10 he says he got a black belt in kenpo ah fuckin cool. thats what made me a fan of chuck liddel when he first came out. thing about kenpo is like most systems my kenpo isnt like his kenpo but really they arent that different.

hey im doing that too and i think its startin to work. i know how to make it in marital arts as long as teh physical aspects dont hold me back i can learn and understand motion and principles of self defence and fighting.
then he goes into the aspect of sparring and head gear and heart rate and new fighters having to get use to the it .
you know bein hit while still thinkin to attack and not freezing up. really its is a scary fuckin thing but i dont think i have that problem any more if i step into a dojo and told to spar or roll its a not a big deal so much any more. i tell my self ok he'll hit me but ill stay calm and out think him ill find the holes. and if he or she gets the better of me good for them. no harm no foul
first time i got to roll in jasons class i was all into it. and i still get in to it and i hope i never feel diffrent about it. twenty years from now u can ask hows karate going and ill more then likly say good good still at it i cant invision anything else and hopfully i get that deep into jiujistu too
but the biggest part t of the video that caught my eye was the little hand movement that frank did at like 7:39 it doesnt look like much but what he is doing is five swords and that is my system. i can show u that technique how to do it and how it works ill teach it to u on a strong saide and a weak side ill rebreak it down and show what u can put it into a live sparrin aspect or u can do this stuff instead and itll look more like a punch combo but itll still use all the same lines and principles.
makes u think if they can do it....
im not sayin i can do what he has done but maybe wit some work....
