all types ......it all depends on my mood.. it starts with blues.. goes over rock.. to metal... back to trance, goa and d&b.. and not to forget.... the wonderful music of Paco de Lucia.. !!!
Movies
not a movie-goer.. i prefer watching a dvd at home.. if at all ;)
about me? .. what is there to say about me.. lots i gues.. and yet so little.. so let's see
born in new york city.. of an american mother and a swiss father.. grew up in switzerland and south africa.. then moved to south east asia where i lived for 4 years.. back to switzerland...... then i have lived in several european countries.. and now at the moment i am living in germany.. the next move is planned already though.. this time it will be hungary.
i am an artist.... influenced by my travels and extended stays abroad.. i love strong and bold colours.. and i love 'dark'.. i am seemingly full of contradictions .. straightforward and full of surprises.....
my special love is with the 'jenisch' people of switzerland.. i had and have close friendships there of which i am very proud and honoured.....
Who I'd like to meet:
... let me meet people who love life.. artists, musicians.... people who know about jenisch, roma, sinti cultures...... people who like serious discussions... fun.. and love life...... and living!
as to a person i would like to meet? Paco de Lucia.. who else :) oh.. and c.g. jung also :D
To reach Nepal I first had to leave the Himalayas and travel by bus down to Delhi; from there my journey would continue upwards again, to Nepal via Gorakhpur.
During my 10 hour stopover in Delhi I took the opportunity to watch the movie “Hare Rama Hare Krishna” whose title melody I have heard many times during my journey.
Whenever “Dum Maro Dum” played anywhere I got meaningful looks.
If all had known the true content of the song it would hardly have been stylized into the hymn of the Hippie trail. The translation would be approximately like this: "Take another toke – forget your worries - sing Hare Krishna Hare Ram.
What has the world given us - what did we take from it? Why should we worry about anybody - if nobody cares about us? Take another toke... If we live or if we die – we are not afraid - we do as we want.
"Oh, last night when I arrived here I was robbed. My little bag with my passport and traveller checks was stolen; I only have my purse left with a few dollars.
Not enough to reach the German Embassy in Kabul!" "Where did that happen?" "Just as I was entering the village somebody wanted to sell something to me.
As I inspected the piece he tore my bag from me and disappeared into the desert.
I then went to the police but they just smiled at me cause they don’t understand any English. All they managed to say was, “go Embassy Kabul”!
"Peacocks-expelling monkeys" - Digital image by mimulux
They already had announced their coming with their distant calls of 'Piau! ... Piau!'; their desperate calls for water, as the Indians interprete the peacocks' screams.
But these proud creatures didn't have much time to present their glorious colours nor to enjoy the last gold of the day from the height of their tree, they were shied away from the ever present monkeys.
We bathed in and on the waves of an infinite ocean.
Submerged by waves of love we layed in eachothers arms.
I remember many tears of joy on the smiling faces.
We danced like in trance through the night until the silver moon sank into the sea and the golden sun climbed up at the same time behind the palm-trees.
I had gone on some psychedelic trips, alone or with a few good friends, but this sense of community with so many people was a very unique experience.
"White cold walls for sweet numb sheets! Lonely screaming halls for dazing flower treats! Stone-cold-truth for celebrating our youth! The gentle rain is gone - green ice creeps all over me! Mother! Please hush me now and tell me - where I've gone wrong?"
Hi Pat! Guter Wein braucht seine zeit... und das wird ein Grand Cru... ich würde gerne vorab mit Dir ein Glas davon trinken...
Well, ’My both sides’ is still at work - and good things take their time! Especially with participants as far away from each other as George in Canada and Djinn Tronic in Belgium.
Meanwhile Ruff from Poland with his enchanting didjeridoo came along. That will be a great enrichment for the sound.
You're is still waiting for an internet-connection after your move from Germany to Hungary.
And Fu met Anjali in Chennai, and is now on a train-ride to Delhi.
On the way into the Himalaya... It will be finshed soon, and it would be a nice birthday-present for Fu in Dharamsala!

The full moon rose over the endless horizon and I shared this magnificent
sight with many others who had also met Santa Claus on a bike.
We may have been more than hundred and everybody on the same wavelength!
