Ο Dave Weckl,αναφέρεται ως ο "Βασιλιάς του Triplet" και είναι ένας από τους πιό σημαντικούς jazz- fusion ντράμερς παγκοσμίως. Ξεκίνησε την καριέρα του τη δεκαετία του '80, παίζοντας με : Anthony Jackson, Paul Simon, Michel Camilo, Madona και George Benson. Η πιό ενδιαφέρουσα συνεργασία του όμως ήταν αυτή με τον Chick Corea και την Elektric Band από το '85-'91. Συνέχισε παίζοντας με το group του Mike Stern αλλά και με το δικό του group, ενώ ταυτόχρονα κυκλοφόρησε και αρκετά εκπαιδευτικά DVDs. Από το 1990 μέχρι σήμερα έχει κυκλοφορήσει 3 cds με το όνομα του και άλλα 7 με το Dave Weckl Band. Με τον Γιώργο Φακανά έχει συνεργαστεί στο προηγούμενό του cd "Domino" αλλά και σ'αυτό που πρόκειται να κυκλοφορήσει το Μάιο με τίτλο "Interspirit". Είναι η πρώτη φορά που παίζουν μαζί live και θα παρουσιάσουν κομμάτια και από τα δύο cd. Ας σημειωθεί ότι ο Weckl θεωρεί τη δισκογραφική του συνεργασία με το Φακανά σαν την πιό αντιπροσωπευτική του δουλειά των τελευταίων χρόνων, όπως άλλωστε δήλωσε ο ίδιος στο διεθνούς κυκλοφορίας αμερικάνικο περιοδικό "RHYTHM". Τα δε περιοδικά "Bass Player" και "Bass Musician Magazine" περιγράφουν τη μουσική αυτών των cds σαν το "καλύτερο jazz-fusion που κυκλοφορεί αυτή την εποχή διεθνώς. Το γεγονός αυτό καθιστά τη live αυτή συνεργασία μεταξύ Weckl και YFG σαν ένα από τα σημαντικότερα μουσικά γεγονότα της φετινής χρονιάς.

BETRAYER is excited to announce that they are currently recording their new full length album titled AGES OF DEFIANCE. 9 tracks are fully written and the album is expected to be recorded, mixed and mastered by the end of October, 2009. No release date has been announced at this time.
The album is currently being recorded at SPECTRE SOUND STUDIOS by engineer Glenn Fricker, who has worked previously with such acts as RANDY BLYTHE of LAMB OF GOD, WOODS OF YPRES, BLOODSHOTEYE and BLACK KREEK.
The album will be Mixed and Mastered by renowned musical producer FREDRIK NORDSTRÖM from DREAM EVIL, whose credits include ARCH ENEMY, OPETH, DIMMU BORGIR, DREAM EVIL, HAMMERFALL, THE HAUNTED and IN FLAMES.

Heart Of Steel Records is very excited to announce the signing a two-albums deal with Arthur Falcone, acclaimed as “one of the BEST guitarists coming out of Italy” by Japanese, U.S. and German press. His previous musical experiences feature Hard-Rock bands like HALLOWEEN, DEVILS CLAWS, FOXY LADY and LAROXX. The new cooperation will bring the first fruits with the release of Falcone’s brand new studio-album called “The Genesis Of The Prophecy”.
