Please help! The trial date for BJ & Alex is currently July 27th, 28th, and 29th. These activists are being charged with terrorism enhanced charges under the Animal Enterprise Terrorism Act. The Animal Enterprise Terrorism Act labels activity of compassion, non-violence, and civil disobedience as terrorism. When does AETA say compassion, non-violence, and civil disobedience become terrorism? When it interferes with business and profits. These Utah activists still need to raise about $2500 to afford a $10,000 cost of a lawyer for trial for Alex.
